If you’re considering a home or office cleaning service, you likely have some questions you need to have answered before you make a decision. If you have additional questions you do not see listed here, please feel free to reach out to us and speak to me.

We are here to help you gather all the information you need by compiling a list of our most frequently asked questions and answering them for you. We hope this information provides all the details you need to better make your decision.

Do I need to be present when my home is cleaned?

You can choose to be there during our visit, or you can provide a key to your home that will be safely stored in a secure location. We ultimately leave the decision up to you. You are not required to be at home when we complete your cleaning.

What should I do with my pets on cleaning day?

We ask that you please let us know if you have pets as well as provide us with any information about your pets that would be helpful to us, such as if they are friendly or where they will be during the cleaning. We love pets, but we don’t want to be surprised by them. We do suggest that your pets be kept away from the areas we plan to clean so that we won’t have any furry friends hindering our capability to clean effectively.

Will I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

You will not need to provide cleaning products or equipment, but if you have special products that you wish for us to use, please let us know. Our staff arrives prepared with all necessary cleaning solutions as well as mops, vacuums, and other supplies.

What do I do if I need to reschedule a cleaning?

To reschedule a cleaning, you must call our scheduling service at least 48 hours in advance of your cleaning. Since we have many clients, we will attempt to find another appointment to move to your spot.

What should I do about my security system?

Many of our clients will set up a guest or temporary code for us that allows us access on the scheduled day. Be sure you make the appropriate arrangements to allow us to enter your home on cleaning day, if you have a security system.

How do I prepare for you to clean my home?

In order for us to do her job, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items.
The housekeeper will not know where your personal items belong and we prefer that they do not go into your closets or drawers to put things away.

Is a cleaning Contract required for residential cleaning?

Absolutely not!
We earn your repeat business through and conscientious cleaning each and every time we clean your home.

When and how do I make a payment?

Payment is due at the time of service. We gladly accept checks, cash, Zelle and Venmo. If you are going to pay with a check please make it payable to Solange Dongo. There will be a fee of $25 for returned checks.

This is my first cleaning service, how do I get started?

If this is your first cleaning with our company, we would require to start with a deep cleaning and then you can switch to a recurring cleaning schedule at the frequency that best fits your needs. A good rule of thumb is that a deep cleaning will normally take longer than a recurring cleaning.
